You can
pay for your order using your
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card,
and Paypal. At the present
time, we are unable to accept
payment using a credit card with a
billing address outside of the
United States or issued from a bank
outside of the United States. Please
be sure to provide your exact
billing address (the address your
credit card provider has on file for
the card you use) when completing
your order. Incorrect information
may cause a processing delay. |

long will it take for creditors to
approve my purchase?

Major
credit cards (i.e., Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American
Express) should be authorized within
24 hours. Credit card orders placed
after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time,
Thursday through Sunday, should be
authorized by the following Tuesday. |

How
much does shipping cost?
|

Shipping charges vary depending on
the shipping method you select. Our
standard shipping is $6.95.
Merchandise orders over $75 will
receive Free Standard
Shipping as a complimentary upgrade.
With Standard Delivery your order is
estimated to arrive within 5 to 10
business days. To receive your
delivery in a timelier manner you
may choose Express Delivery for
$9.95. With Express Delivery, your
shipment should arrive within 2 to 3
business days. Because some items
are special order and may be out on
backorder, it will take 1 to 2
weeks for delivery, they cannot be
shipped via Express Delivery.
Pending credit approval and item
availability, the item(s) will ship
within 24 hours from date of order.

Will I
be charged sales tax?
|

Sales
tax is applied to all orders shipped
in the state of Florida. We are
required by law to collect and
submit sales tax in states in which
we have a physical presence. |

orders packaged?

piece is displayed in an attractive
package. All items are placed within secure packaging to
guarantee the safety of your
purchase while in transit. |

Can I
order gift certificates?

At the
present time, our site is unable to
issue or accept gift certificates.

Do you
offer gift messages or gift
wrapping?

Yes. If
you are sending a gift, we can add
that special touch! We will enclose
a personalized gift message with
your order for no additional charge.
For just $3.95, we can also send
your gift in one of our gift boxes.
Just click the checkbox under "Gift
Box Services" on step 3 of checkout.
You will then be asked to either
include your message and/or select
the gift box for each individual
item. |

Why was
my order cancelled?

reserve the right to cancel any
order due to, but not limited to:
failed credit authorizations, site
related malfunctions, improperly
stated pricing and discounts. |

Only the billing address will
receive an invoice with the prices
on it. An invoice without the prices
will be sent with an order being
shipped to a different address other
than the billing address. |

No, we
do not ship to post office box. |

return any item for an exchange or a
refund of the purchase price within
14 days of receiving your order,
must be accompanied with the
original invoice/receipt. Simply
indicate the reason for your return,
include the packing slip with your
return, and wrap the package
securely. Please note any items
returned for exchange on the
"exchange form" located on the lower
right portion of your invoice. For
your protection, we recommend that
you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post
for shipment. If you do not have
your packing slip, please indicate
the order number on a separate piece
of paper and send the package to the
